1. Product Use & Responsibility
Each item we offer is a singular work—crafted, not manufactured. Due to the experimental nature of our processes and materials, variations, wear, and surface evolution are not only expected, but intended. These objects are not immortal. They are designed to age, settle, shift, and develop character over time. All Sales Final is not responsible for any damage, cracking, discoloration, or functional deterioration that may occur as a natural part of this lifecycle.
2. Electrical Components & Malfunctions
Some of our objects incorporate electrical components. These are assembled with care, but we strongly recommend all installations be reviewed or performed by a qualified electrician. By purchasing any item with electrical or lighting elements, you accept full responsibility for its safe setup and use. All Sales Final is not liable for any injury, fire, or property damage resulting from misuse, faulty installation, or modification of these components.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, All Sales Final shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) any item purchased from us. This includes—but is not limited to—loss of use, personal injury, or damage to other property. Once an item leaves our hands, it becomes a part of your story. What happens next is between you and the laws of physics.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You accept the object as-is, with all its known and unknown peculiarities. This is not a mass-produced consumer good. This is the only one.

Each piece offered through All Sales Final is a one-of-one: a singular object crafted with intent, irregularity, and soul. In order to maintain the creative momentum of our small team, we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges.
We encourage you to review all product images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Each item may include quirks, asymmetries, or marks of the making—that's the point. If you have any questions or require additional information or images before committing, please contact us and we will happily provide more details.

When you place an order, we collect only the information necessary to complete your transaction and ship your one-of-a-kind object into the world. We do not sell, share, barter, or whisper your information to third parties. Frankly, we barely look at it ourselves.
If you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter, we may send you the occasional email. Probably very rarely. Possibly never. When we do, it will be worth opening.
